Matthew 5:19 - "Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven."
Jesus spoke to me here about the law and how I live day-by-day; sometimes I pull the "it's-my-Christian-liberty" card when faced with certain sticky issues and use it to avoid my true convictions. Christ here is saying that while it is true that He fulfilled all the law for us and we are saved by grace and not through works (Eph 2:8-9), we are still called to live for righteousness! We are never to dismiss commandments and claim that "Christ fulfilled it, so it's ok..." I think this is a great equalizer among many people who may argue about their "personal convictions." As God is holy in all things, we are to live for holiness in all things.
