In Job 42, I noticed in my study notes that part of Job's story concludes with a commentary on community. Before God restores him with blessings more abundant, Job must first fear the Lord and be reconciled with his friends. So to, in community, before God blesses a group, there must be an understood fear and reverence for the Lord as well as good relations among the group members ("do not let the sun go down on our anger").
